Nearly 80 years ago, Ruben Lipsky, great grandfather of current President Jason Winig, made his first entre into the real estate business.  He invested in sites immediately adjacent to public transportation connections, thereby guaranteeing excellent traffic.  He saw immediate success and began to expand his real estate investments.  Over several generations, the portfolio expanded to include centrally located offices, hotels, apartment buildings, and several build-to-suit projects for the Standard Oil Company and Ryder Truck.  Today, Winig Properties is helmed by Jason Winig, who took over day-to-day operations of the firm in 2010.  He is most recently responsible for the repositioning of several key assets and the continued expansion of the company's portfolio and firm's services.

President and fourth generation developer, Jason Winig, a licensed real estate broker in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, has nearly twenty years experience in commercial real estate development, brokerage, and property management.  Having grown up in the real estate business, his eye for opportunity coupled with his in-depth knowledge of real estate finance and legal issues render him an expert in his field.

Jason’s knowledge of real estate markets and sub-markets presents an ability to accurately understand and predict future trends.  He has extensive experience in commercial brokerage, working in both landlord and tenant representation, as well as investment sales, consulting, and property management.

In addition to his role as President and Broker of Record at Winig Properties, Jason is also the Broker of Record for AthenianRazak, a real estate services firm.  He also serves on the Board of the Friends of Bainbridge Green and is active with many local charitable organizations.  He is an avid runner, yogi, and golfer.  A lifelong Philadelphian, he is a graduate of both The William Penn Charter School and the University of Pennsylvania.  Jason lives with his daughters, Hazel & Ellis, in the Graduate Hospital neighborhood.

Mr. Wilde, a graduate of the University of Delaware, has nearly forty years experience in accounting and real estate development.  He began his career at Bellevue Holding Company, and, over the next several years honed his skills in both real estate and finance.  He rose to become the Controller for Kravco Company, a privately held retail development firm that owns and manages over forty malls and shopping centers nationwide.  In 1985, Mr. Wilde took on the Chief Financial Officer role for Montgomery Realty. In that post, he was instrumental in executing a merger with CV REIT, the predecessor to CENTRO Properties.  After nearly 15 years with Montgomery Realty, in 1999, Mr. Wilde began his own development and accounting firm, Talleyville Properties and Accounting Services.  Currently, Mr. Wilde serves as the Controller for Winig Properties and is charged with managing day-to-day fiscal operations and accounting matters.  He is an avid runner and biker and, as an animal lover, is active in animal rescue charities.  He lives with his dog Rex in Delaware.
